KultureTalent - Global Talent in Lisbon is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to hunt and recruit qualified professionals across sectors. You will administer tests, conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle, delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes a Dutch native or near-native speaker with excellent English and a strong drive to succeed in international recruitment within a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment or interest in working in the area (preferably with CS language roles).
• Dutch native or near native speaker.
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career in international recruitment.
• Winning mentality.
• Ability to overcome objections and be persistent.
• Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent level of English - written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates.
• Administer tests, conduct interviews and select qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate.
• Be self-motivated to learn and improve daily, have a strong internal drive for achievement and success.
• Provide industry-best client service in a sales-oriented business development setting.
• Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment.
• Search for New business in different industries and close new business.
• Add value to your team and bring incredible energy to the already faced-paced culture of Kulture Talent.

Main objective is to source and recruit qualified professionals in various sectors using different tools, such as internal databases, social media, advanced internet search, referral networks, networking opportunities, job boards, etc.
