Workster has partnered with a multinational BPO company to recruit a Dutch-speaking recruiter who will source top talent to support diverse teams worldwide.

You will attract candidates through databases, social media, and job fairs; conduct interviews; coordinate with departments to validate information; onboard new hires; build relationships with candidates; and maintain recruitment analytics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in Dutch with strong written and spoken communication.
• English fluency (B2).
• University degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar.
• Proven work experience in recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of referral programs.
• A positive and ‘can do’ attitude overlooking a community-building approach.

Workster has partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. Together, we’re looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Recruiter to look for top talent to support their teams.

Your Role

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others

• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes

• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information

• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company

• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter

• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dtuch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication

• English fluency (B2 level)

• University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar

The Offer

• Competitive wages (14 monthly payments per year)

• Reimbursed airfare to support relocation. For candidates coming from outside of Portugal accommodation support is also provided

• Meal allowance paid in voucher card (net)

• Monthly Performance Bonus

• Full-time schedule, from Monday to Friday 9h to 18h

• 12 months contract with 30 days trial
