Cross Border Talents in Portugal seeks a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with technical questions, product issues, and service concerns. You will respond via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, guiding users through steps to resolve problems.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other available channels
• Assist users with technical questions related to products, software, applications, devices, platforms, and services
• Troubleshoot technical issues by identifying the root cause and providing clear, practical, step-by-step solutions
• Guide users through technical processes, configurations, installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting procedures
• Gather relevant information from customers to accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Provide clear explanations of technical solutions, adapting communication to the customer's level of technical knowledge
• Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in internal systems
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures, technical guidelines, and service protocols
• Escalate complex, unresolved, or critical technical issues to the appropriate specialist or technical team when required
