The lemon Consulting is seeking a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Team Leader to join an exciting international project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will lead a team of Technical Support Advisors and drive performance in a KPI-driven environment.

You will mentor, coach, and conduct regular performance meetings, while coordinating with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to deliver outstanding support. The role offers career development in a dynamic, multicultural setting and onboarding with training.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2) and good English.
• Minimum 2 years as a Team Leader in Technical Support.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Technical Support Advisors.
• Monitor team performance to meet KPIs and quality targets.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
• Support the team with complex technical escalations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training to drive improvements.
• Create a positive, customer-focused, high-performing team environment.
