Multilingual Jobs Worldwide is looking for a French and Flemish-speaking Technical Support Team Leader to join an international project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Support Advisors, driving performance and delivering excellent customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills, with experience in KPI-driven environments.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent French and Flemish (C1/C2)
• Good command of English
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Technical Support environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Experience working in a KPI-driven environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Technical Support Advisors
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and quality targets are achieved
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Support the team with technical escalations and complex cases
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement
• Create a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing team environment
