The lemon Consulting in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Technical Support Team Leader who will coach and develop a team of Technical Support Advisors while ensuring service excellence and achieving operational KPIs.

You will lead, motivate, and coach the team, monitor performance to hit KPIs, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, and escalate complex technical issues. Join a dynamic, multicultural environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2).
• Good command of English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Technical Support environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of Technical Support Advisors;
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring KPIs and quality targets are achieved;
• Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews;
• Supporting the team with complex technical escalations;
• Collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement;
• Creating a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing team environment.
