Konecta in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an experienced Technical Support Team Leader to manage and coach a team of Technical Support Advisors. The role focuses on leading, guiding, and developing the team while ensuring service excellence and achieving operational KPIs.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2) and English, with at least 2 years of leadership experience in a technical support setting and a proven ability to drive performance through coaching and escalation management.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Technical Support environment.
• Fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2) and good English.
• Experience in a KPI-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Technical Support Advisors.
• Monitor team performance and CKP targets; ensure quality and KPIs are met.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Support the team with complex technical escalations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality and Training to drive improvements.
• Create a positive, customer-focused, high-performing team environment.
