Konecta in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in Automotive to lead a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Technical Support team. You will coach, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while managing complex escalations in a dynamic, international project.
Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, with 2+ years in technical support leadership and fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English.
Qualificações
- Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2)
- Good command of English
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Technical Support environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
Responsabilidades
- Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of Technical Support Advisors
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring KPIs and quality targets are achieved
- Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Supporting the team with complex technical escalations
- Collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement
- Creating a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing team environment
