Besthire in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our automotive account. You will handle day-to-day service queries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring clear log-and-trace documentation in the internal system.

The role is on-site with dedicated onboarding and coaching to support your growth. Strong Dutch language skills and comfortable English use are essential; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory as full training is provided.
