Cb Talents in Lisbon is hiring a Customer Support Agent to be the front-line voice for our international clients, delivering helpful, courteous service in Dutch and English. The role starts on-site in Lisbon with a clear path to hybrid work after three months, and hours from 08:00 to 18:00.

You will join a growing team, leveraging language skills to resolve inquiries, and benefit from a base gross salary of €1,400.00 per month plus bonuses up to €1,650.00 total, with language and performance

The Role & Schedule

• Role: Deliver exceptional customer support in both English and Dutch, resolving inquiries with professionalism and ease.
• Working Hours: Regular day shifts between 08:00 - 18:00 (No late-night shifts!).
• Work Model: Initial 3-month on-site period, followed by a flexible hybrid setup.

• Location: Must already be based locally in Lisbon, Portugal (Note: Relocation support is not provided for this role).
