Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the main point of contact for online shoppers in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will handle product inquiries, payments, deliveries, returns, and account requests, ensuring fast, accurate support.

Working onsite in Lisbon, you will collaborate with logistics and payments teams, strive to meet KPIs, and stay updated on promotions and policies while growing in the CS field.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, modifications, cancellations, and account requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions, payment methods, delivery options, and returns.
