Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist for our fast-paced e-commerce team. You will be the main contact for online shoppers, helping them with products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account requests to ensure a smooth purchasing journey.

You will provide friendly, professional support across channels, document interactions, escalate sensitive cases when needed, and collaborate with logistics, payments, and order management teams to resolve issues promptly

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account requests.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with logistics, payments, and order management teams to resolve issues.
