BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist for an e-commerce project in Lisbon. You will be the main contact for online shoppers, assisting them throughout their purchasing journey and resolving questions about products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account requests.

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required. EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is mandatory. This onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow in the CS field.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and account requests.
• Explain products, prices, promotions, delivery, and returns policies.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
