Cross Border Talents is recruiting for a Dutch-speaking Retail & E-commerce Customer Support role in Portugal. You will manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Dutch, delivering accurate and empathetic assistance while adhering to guidelines.

The position requires fluent Dutch and EU work eligibility, with shifts rotating Mon-Fri and occasional weekends. A relocation package, paid training, and a dynamic multicultural environment are provided.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory).
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon-Fri + occasional weekends).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in Dutch.
