KultureTalent - Global Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch Customer Support Agent to join our multilingual support team. You will handle customer inquiries across email, phone and chat, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires native or near-native Dutch, strong English, and willingness to live in Lisbon. You will work closely with colleagues and may mentor junior agents while contributing to process improvements.

Qualificações

• Dutch native or near-native level.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
• Availability to live in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Experience in public-facing roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain professional customer interactions at all times.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Answer questions by knowing products well.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
• Lead and mentor junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with high-quality support.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels email, phone and chat
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or near native level of Dutch
• Good level of English
• Availability to live in Portugal - Lisbon
• Previous experience dealing with public will be a plus
