Speak It in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their international team. You will assist Dutch clients by phone, email and chat, helping them grow their self-serve advertising presence.

You'll provide pre- and post-sales guidance, share product feedback with engineering, and strive to improve customer satisfaction. EU citizenship or a valid Portugal work permit is required.

Qualificações

• Native Dutch speaker.
• Fluent English (B2).
• Customer support experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or vocational training.
• EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in expanding their self-serve advertising presence.
• Provide pre- and post-sales guidance for self-service products.
• Offer product support to improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify client trends and suggest improvements.
• Share feedback with the product and engineering teams.
