Speakitjobs in Lisbon is seeking a customer support specialist fluent in Dutch and English to join our on-site team. You will be the first contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and in-person inquiries to improve satisfaction and resolve complex requests.

You will support clients using self-service tools and advertising solutions, analyze requests, and contribute to service quality. EU work permission for Portugal is required.

Qualificações

• Dutch language proficiency at native level.
• Fluent English (B2) required.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer support or client service preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, diplomatic, and solution-focused
• EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
