Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Lisbon to handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver a seamless support experience across channels. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous learning in customer service.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive attitude with willingness to learn CS

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to accounts, products, services, orders and general requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear instructions.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Aim to meet KPIs for satisfaction, quality, productivity and response times.
• Pursue ongoing product and policy knowledge through training.
