Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to help customers and grow their careers in a vibrant, international environment. You will join a multicultural team in a modern office and contribute to high-quality service.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and documenting cases while escalating complex problems when needed. Training is provided to get you up to speed and support your progression.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written).
• English communication at least B2.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• No experience? Training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers resolve queries with patience and clarity.
• Troubleshoot basic product and service questions.
• Document cases and escalate complex issues when needed.
