Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring a Customer Specialist to support Dutch and English-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries across accounts, products and services with empathy and clear communication.

This role focuses on accurate information, timely problem-solving, and documenting interactions, while collaborating with internal teams to meet KPIs and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, and orders.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues within defined timelines.
• Strive to meet defined KPIs for customer satisfaction and response times.
