Speakitjobs, based in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor to deliver exceptional service across calls and emails. You will assist customers with product knowledge, review requests, and contribute to ongoing improvements in customer satisfaction within a diverse, multicultural team.

The role requires near-native Dutch, strong English (B2), strong written and verbal communication, and proactive collaboration with colleagues.

Qualificações

Requirements

To be selected as a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you need to meet the requirements below:

• Near-native level of Dutch (written and oral)
• Advanced level in English (B2).
• Previous customer experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.
• Be proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.

Benefits

• Salary: 1050€ gross/month (12 payments) plus paid accomodation and expenses (water, electricity, internet, cleaning services) or 1300€ gross/month (12 payments) without accommodation.
