Foundever in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Dutch Customer Advisor to join our Dutch Customer Support team. You will assist customers, build product knowledge, and manage communications with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Dutch at a high level and English at an intermediate level, with relocation to Lisbon supported by the company. Previous customer service experience and strong problem-solving skills are advantageous.

Qualificações

• Dutch language proficiency at a high level.
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize work independently and take initiative.
• Calm, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Resilience under pressure to meet KPI targets.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel).
• Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
