Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch Customer Advisor to join a dynamic, people-first team. You will be the first point of contact, assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat with a goal of providing clear answers and a smooth customer experience.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Onsite work in Lisbon includes a relocation package and a performance bonus as part of a competitive

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required
Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn CS field

Responsibilities

Provide support to customers via phone, email and live chat with a friendly, professional tone
Log cases accurately and maintain up-to-date interaction records
Escalate sensitive or complex issues following internal procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast, accurate resolutions
Meet service quality standards and response-time targets
Stay updated on product changes, policies and best practices to deliver top-level support
