Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch Customer Advisor in Lisbon. You will handle inquiries across phone, chat, email, and social media, resolving account, payment and technical questions with a friendly, professional approach.

Requirements include Dutch fluency at C2 level, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and 0–1 year in customer support. Onsite role with relocation support and meal allowances offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) is required.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.
• 0–1 year of customer support experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, email and social media.
• Assist users with account creation, login issues, verifications and payments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Be the main point of contact for clients in the sports industry.
• Maintain high service quality by following company guidelines.
• Share feedback to improve support processes and customer experience.
