Job summary

Foundever is offering a Dutch Customer Advisor role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will join a multinational team servicing a leading gaming brand, handling inquiries, logging interactions, and maintaining product knowledge.

The role requires Dutch proficiency (C1), English at least B1, and a willingness to relocate to Lisbon. Benefits include a relocation package, paid training, private healthcare and dental insurance after six months, and ongoing development opportunities through company programs

Qualifications

• Proficient level of Dutch (C1)
• Intermediate level of English (B1)
• Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
• EU citizenship or valid work permit required
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries within stated timescales
• Develop and maintain knowledge of client products/services
• Handle correspondence as requested/required
• Log calls accurately per procedures
• Maintain and update job-related forms
• Escalate issues to appropriate team when needed
