Job summary

Siemens Energy Unipessoal Lda. in Lisbon or Porto is seeking a Digital Workplace - Service Manager to lead Communications & Messaging services and coordinate with regional IT, Cybersecurity and HR. Your day will include managing MS 365, Exchange Online, and collaboration tools for large events, while tracking performance metrics.

You will manage vendor escalations, provide input to Workplace Services and collaborate with DWP Operations on continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin and Exchange Online.
• Proven skills in escalation coordination and vendor management.
• Strong communication skills; ITIL certification preferred but not required.

Join the innovative Siemens Digital Core team in our Lisbon or Porto offices! In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in the energy transition by providing the necessary space to develop and manufacture our cutting‑edge solutions and products. Your workdays will be diverse; you might coordinate with regional IT on specific country requirements one moment and moderate a meeting with Cybersecurity and HR professionals the next, ensuring their key initiatives stay on track.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support global service teams and vendors in delivering essential Communications & Messaging services, including MS Exchange, MS Teams Rooms, and collaboration tools for large townhalls and events.
• Coordinate and communicate escalations and vendor management topics effectively.
• Meet and track performance metrics and initiatives from DWP vendors, providing regular updates to IT Leadership and Technical teams.
• Offer technical input to Workplace Services, Tooling, and Processes, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with DWP Operations teams on continuous improvement initiatives for support.

What You Bring

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin and Management, including Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Proven skills in escalation coordination and vendor management, with a track record of effective communication with global teams.
• Strong communication skills, with ITIL Certification preferred but not required.
