KLx in Lisbon, a Crédit Agricole S.A. IT subsidiary, is seeking an IT Team Manager to lead a team of about 12 professionals within Retail Banking, delivering digital banking solutions for corporate customers.

You will drive delivery, ensure quality, budget and deadlines, and report to the Domain Leader while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Significant professional IT experience with responsibility for managing or coordinating technical teams.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary IT teams, ideally in an Agile environment.
• Strong background in IT delivery, project management or application development.
• Experience managing budgets, capacity plans, workloads and delivery commitments.
• Good understanding of production environments, incident management and deployments.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with business, IT and production teams.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of approximately 12 IT professionals and oversee delivery and operational performance.
• Define and monitor delivery, operational and value indicators and manage budget and resources.
• Coordinate with production teams on incidents, deployments and production operations.
• Translate IT strategy into actionable plans and roadmaps for the team.
• Foster continuous improvement, knowledge-sharing and effective cross-functional collaboration.
