KLx, the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business and IT in an international banking environment. You will translate needs into clear specifications and user stories, support agile ceremonies, and collaborate with developers to deliver quality solutions.

The role emphasizes requirements management, design of functional solutions, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Fluent in French (C1) and comfortable with English (B2/C1).
Proven experience writing functional specifications, user stories, story mapping and technical documentation.
Experience in test preparation, execution and validation.

Responsabilidades

Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
Translate needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify priorities and solutions.
Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation throughout projects.
Collaborate with development teams to implement requirements and support parametrization.
