KLx, the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S. A., leads IT and software development for a global bank in Lisbon. You will manage a team of 4–5 Tech Leads and 30 staff, overseeing activity planning, KPI reporting, and client committees to ensure seamless IT delivery.

You bring at least 5 years in software team leadership, with strong interpersonal and commercial skills. A hybrid work model and a vibrant, international environment await you near Tejo with easy Metro access.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading software development teams.
• Experience with payment solutions or electronic banking is a plus.
• Strong English and French (advantageous).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and structure software development teams across the Payment Pole.
• Oversee workload planning, KPIs, and reporting in collaboration with client managers.
• Manage sourcing, recruitment liaison, onboarding, and team care actions.
• Prepare and lead steering and transition committees with the client.
