Qualificações

• At least 5 years experience in leading and structuring software development teams.
• Experience in payment solutions or electronic banking would be a valuable plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operational management of activity, including workload management and reporting.
• Handle client requests, recruitment process, and onboarding resources.
• Manage team members, recruitment, and training plans.
• Produce indicators and lead client committees.
• Prepare and lead steering committees with client management.
