Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support SMBs using digital advertising solutions in Lisbon. This on-site role offers a 40-hour week with rotating shifts and a structured onboarding program to help you hit the ground running.

You will assist customers via chat, email, and phone, focusing on helping them understand products, resolve issues, and maximize value while maintaining compliance and data privacy.

• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
