Decskill, an IT consulting company with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid, seeks a Desktop Support professional to join our global support team in Porto. You will provide Tier 1/2 assistance, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operation of Windows and macOS environments.

You will collaborate with IT colleagues, handle ServiceNow tickets, support Office 365, and communicate with customers in English.

Qualificações

• Desktop Support L1/L2 experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Hardware, software and mobile device troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and corporate apps.
• Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool.
• Knowledge of OS deployment and device configuration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional desktop/IT support (L1/L2) to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Support Windows and macOS environments and corporate applications.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets and coordinate with IT teams.
