GET JOB LTD in Lisbon is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support agent for our streaming platform. You will assist users with login issues, account access, and navigation to ensure a smooth experience.

You will handle inquiries in Danish with a strong command of English, resolve problems, and escalate when necessary to other departments. The role requires flexible, rotational shifts from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Sunday.

Qualificações

• Native Danish language required.
• English at least C1 level required.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to customer doubts and concerns, providing the best answers and possible solutions.
• Resolve login, account access and navigation issues on the streaming platform.
• Escalate issues to other departments when beyond scope.
