The role involves troubleshooting, responding to inquiries, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. Native Danish and high English proficiency are required, with rotational shifts from 8am to 9pm, Monday through Sunday.

Qualificações

• Native level proficiency in Danish.
• Minimum C1 level of English.
