GET JOB LTD in Lisbon is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Associate to handle pricing questions and support the sales team in a busy call center.

You will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts from 6am to 10pm, Monday through Saturday, delivering high-quality service to external customers while maintaining professionalism in English and Danish. This role is located in Lisbon and offers exposure to international customers and a dynamic team environment.

Qualificações

• Native Danish language proficiency.
• English at C1 level or higher.
• Willing and able to work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts Mon–Sat 6:00–22:00.

Responsabilidades

• Clarify sales pricing questions for customers.
• Assist sales executives in resolving unresolved issues.
• Provide discounts where appropriate.
• Address and resolve first-level escalation issues.
• Deliver high-quality service to external customers.
