Nordic Jobs Worldwide in Lisbon is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join its international team in Portugal, assisting customers of a leading home appliances brand via phone and email.

The role offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule (08:00–17:00), on-site work in Lisbon, and opportunities to develop your customer service career within a diverse, global environment.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native level of Danish (C2).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge from a user’s perspective.
• Experience in face-to-face or contact centre customer service is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, adaptable and dynamic personality.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals.
• Answer questions related to warranty coverage.
• Support customers with issues regarding home appliances.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service.
• Ensure accurate handling of customer cases and follow-up when needed.
