Job summary

Qualifications
- Danish fluency at C2 level required.
- English proficiency at B2 or higher preferred.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a bonus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Danish-speaking customer service for website services and solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through setup and usage.
- Document interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection compliance.
