FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Danish-speaking customer experience specialist to support a world-renowned brand from Portugal. Work remotely while delivering multi-channel support to Danish customers, ensuring high service levels and swift issue resolution.

You will manage inquiries across voice, email, and chat, maintain CRM records, and provide feedback to improve customer experiences. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level proficiency in Danish or higher.
• Residence in Portugal with valid work authorization.
• Strong multitasking and comfort with digital tools.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and collaborative teamwork.
• Availability to work rotational weekday shifts (07:00 – 19:00).

Responsabilidades
