Global Crest Solution is seeking a Danish Customer Support Agent for a remote role based in Braga, Portugal, joining an international digital services project. You will be the first line of contact, resolving inquiries, guiding users, and ensuring high-quality service across an online platform.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, order support, and product guidance, with an English CRM workflow and opportunities to grow within digital services.

Qualifications

• Native-level (or C1+) fluency in Danish.
• Proven experience as a customer service representative.
• Relatively advanced PC knowledge including browser navigation and desktops.
• Strong affinity for technology and willingness to learn new products.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls addressing inquiries including sales, after-sales, product information, and delivery questions.
• Provide effective technical troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and guide customers to solutions or escalate complex issues.
• Assist with order and delivery issues, warranty claims, refunds, and replacements, ensuring accurate information and timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system in English.
• Offer product recommendations and support purchase decisions to contribute to a positive sales experience.
