Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team. You will represent world-class brands and engage with Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service on-site in Bulgaria.

The role requires native or fluent Danish, willingness to relocate, and a proactive, professional attitude with strong communication skills. A relocation package and paid training are included to support your transition.

Qualificações

• Excellent Danish language skills (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer support or contact center is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Danish-speaking support via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations.
• Stay updated on products and policies to give accurate information.
