Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team. You will represent world-class brands and engage with Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service on-site in Bulgaria.

The role requires native or fluent Danish, willingness to relocate, and a proactive, professional attitude with strong communication skills. A relocation package and paid training are included to support your transition.
