Qualificações

• High level of Danish and fluent in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information.
• Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with queries and technical support.
• Properly escalate customer issues as needed.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.

Conhecimentos

Danish (written and oral)

Fluent in English (B2)

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
