Workster is seeking Danish-speaking customer support professionals to join our international Lisbon team. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat for a well-known global brand, with a focus on delivering friendly, solution-oriented service.

Initially you’ll work on-site for 3 months to acclimate, then move to a hybrid setup. The role offers paid training, a modern Lisbon office, and an opportunity to grow within an international, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish (C1-C2)
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills and ability to multitask
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and general inquiries
• Deliver professional and solution-oriented support while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set deadlines
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to resolve ongoing cases
• Maintain and update internal systems and customer records
• Ensure clear and professional communication at all times
