Foundever in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Danish Customer Advisor for a leading video game brand. You will join a customer support team in a dynamic, multilingual environment and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires native or fluent Danish, and English at B1 level. On-site work in Lisbon is required, with benefits including relocation support and competitive wages. Training and development programs are provided to help you grow.

Qualificações

• Native or Proficient level of Danish (C2)
• Intermediate level of English (B1)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)

Responsabilidades

• Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers' enquiries within given timescales
• Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client’s products and services
• Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
• Accurately log all calls and in line with procedures
• Responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms
• Be able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
