You will manage inquiries, HR transactions, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has an HR degree, relevant experience, and exceptional customer service skills.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Ensure accurate case documentation and meet SLAs.
• Provide HR support primarily in German.

Conhecimentos

Customer service and stakeholder management skills

German language proficiency (C1 or C2)

Fluent English

Experience with HR systems

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
