The role emphasizes accurate case triage, escalation, and maintaining German language HR content while partnering with Tier 2 teams to ensure exceptional colleague experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in customer service or admin role, ideally HR Shared Services.
• Native or near-native German (written and spoken).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with HRIS and case-management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support with accuracy in a DACH region shared services environment.
• Perform case triage and escalate issues as needed.
