Job summary

adidas is seeking a Specialist People Services professional who speaks German to join our HR Services team. You will handle administration, inquiries, data processing and process improvements across Europe, with a focus on accuracy and compliance, while coordinating with HR partners and external stakeholders.

The role requires fluent English and German, a university degree or equivalent, and 3+ years in a multinational setting, ideally in HR.

Qualifications

• University degree or Commercial education required.
• At least 3 years of multinational experience, preferably in HR.
• Excellent English and German language skills.
• Experience with business computing solutions, ideally SAP HR.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administration within the HR Services team for all defined processes, tools and programmes on a European and partially on a global level.
• Be a contact person for the HR community and stakeholders regarding HR Services issues.
• Handle standard inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone.
• Timely execute assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables and service levels.
• Support and administer the digitalisation within HR Services.
• Administrating procurement, invoicing and financial processes and reporting incl. recharging if required.
• Support in the preparation of data and system audits and execute accordingly.
• Provide consistent information to employees on HR Services topics according to the process and knowledge data base.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Services procedures, processes and systems and respective documentation.
• Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to employee master data and organizational data.
• Suggest modification of systems and processes to ensure compliance to policies.
• Providing input for creation of user manuals and process mappings.
