Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Customs Expert to own end-to-end customs compliance across Europe for our Tax & Customs team. You will classify products, maintain Emma's AEO status, and serve as the single point of contact with customs authorities to keep shipments compliant and moving.

You will report to the Head of Customs and collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Strategic Procurement, and Product Development to shape efficient cross-border processes and ensure regulatory

About The Role

We are looking for a Customs Expertto own end-to-end customs compliance across Europe for Emma's Tax & Customs team. You will be responsible for classifying products, maintaining Emma's AEO status, and acting as the single point of contact with customs authorities — work that keeps our international shipments compliant and moving without delay.

You’ll report to the Head of Customs and work closely with Operations, Transportation, Strategic Procurement, and Product Development teams.
