Job summary

Emma Sleep GmbH, the world’s largest D2C sleep brand, seeks a highly skilled Customer Excellence Specialist to join our team. You will resolve the most complex customer issues and use the customer’s voice to drive lasting solutions, helping maintain and recover brand trust.
