Emma – The Sleep Company in Europe is looking for a Senior Business Strategy Analyst to drive commercial excellence and regional performance for the European D2C business. You will build scalable frameworks, processes, and cross-market initiatives that enable country teams to deliver consistent results and accelerate EU growth.

You’ll report to the Business Strategy Manager and collaborate with Ecommerce Country Teams, Global Marketing, Category Management, and Webshop Operations.

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy Analystto drive commercial excellence and regional performance for Emma's European D2C business. You will be responsible for building scalable frameworks, processes, and cross-market initiatives that enable country teams to deliver consistent results and accelerate EU growth.

You’ll report to the Business Strategy Manager and work closely with Ecommerce Country Teams, Global Marketing, Category Management, and Webshop and Operations.
